imo the best cardio is jumping rope...do it for 2 minutes than take a 1 min break. do 6 sets and you'll be amazed at how high your heart rate can get....im tellin ya nothing compares..

have never used his products but have heard more good than bad...as far as price he cant be beat. I guess the best way to look at it is if you order a steak from denny's and expect it to be as good as a angus steak from a 5 star resturant than your just plain silly. from all i gather his stuff...
