start cardio in the AM and do it uphill and do fast walking
do it or 30 min 6 x a week and youll drop 30 lbs in 6-8 weeks..
also cut out salt , soda, etc...
treadmill in the AM on a carb depleated stomach
walk 3-6 thru 4-2 speed
uphill 10-00 thru 14-00
walk dont run
only consume water untill after treadmill
30 days it will be gone...
