I just bought me some TRAC creatine, and Myo-Blast CSP for Cytodyne. I think this stuff is going to help me plenty. Have any of you guys tried Myo Blast? I'll let you know how my results turn out

I don't think powercleans are going to put on much size. Power cleans are used for more explosion for sports such as football. I used to do them all the time for college ball. Technique takes a lot of work to get down.
That's right!! Actually what I do is 3 sets of 15 on Squats, then 3 sets of 20 on Leg Press. Then I hit the L.E.'s and finish of with Leg Curls. I used to go super heavy on Squats but I had a hard time fitting into my jeans after a few weeks.
I have a buddy who takes it and he said he put on a good 5 pounds in the first 2 weeks! But he takes some other supplements with it such as creatine, glutamine, and some other crap.

Not to be the outkast...but I've had great response to muscletech products. I believe that I have had my best results from celltech than any other creatine. But I do agree that they are way overpriced!! DAMN THEM!!
You guys should try this out:
one legged leg extensions 2 sets of 10-12
last set with light light weight:
5 reps super slow and really squeeze at top, and stress the negative
10 reps at fast as you can
another 5 reps as slow as you can

I'm in the same boat as you man...so far I have made it about 4 weeks. I have been hitting up plenty of bars still, but now just have water or a cigar (don't inhale) and that relaxes me. I have to say that I don't miss the hangovers the next morning!
