    my goal is to get down to 8% while maintaining all muscle if not gaining some. I think i may bump it up to 5 days a week since i am already well conditioned from bball. Would i lose too much muscle with this?

    Significance of the VMO.......

    Intrested in why it is so important to recrut the vmo when training for vertical leap or sprinting. What role does it play, how much could it make a difference if recruited properly? Thanks!

    What you would have done different....

    Saw this topic on another board, but it was mainly dedicated to sprint work. My quesion is, what would you have done different over the past year(s) so either gain more muscle, improve strenght/power/speed. We could take eachothers mistakes into consideration and learn from them.
