    6ft tall weigh ten stone .. Benching 60kg and squating 30kg all 3 sets of ten .. I have been going gym for year and had a tiny bit of muscle gain but not much .. I want to gain a bit of size but mainly muscle and definition as i skinny anyway .. .. Workcout suggestions would be appriciated :)...
