NIce thanks guys, ALong with getting big i wan the muscles to be harden. I've been reading about Muscle Confusion and lifting heavy to get big and also lifting light with more reps to get it harder.
What do yall think?
Im 20 years old and i've been working out this summer. Im about 6 feet tall and lean naturally.
