    I was working out on Monday and I was doing explosive/power shrugs. I was using 495 for 5 reps on my last set and some guy approached me and asked if that is the most I've ever done on the movement. I said "yeah", then he said "I used to work out with this guy who did 10 plates on EACH side"...
