Morning: Fat Free Yogurt (Great Value), Bagel w/ Peanut Butter, Banana
Day long snacks: Almonds, Raisins, Carrots
Brunch: Slim Fast
Lunch: Salad, light dressing if any.
Lupper(?): Turkey, Chicken...
