    Am I overtraining?

    my diet is very good... since june i have been eating 5-6 small meals everyday, xenadrine boosters in the morn before cardio(40 min)... about 3 weeks ago i added an afternoon session where i train 1 body part(20 min), then do some more cardio(30 min) while my glycogen is low, then down some whey...

    Am I overtraining?

    I am new to the boards, but I have been exercising for quite some time. Over the past 6 months I've dropped 70lbs. Yay me. But I think I maybe overtraining. I have been doing double cardio everyday for the last 3 weeks, and I feel great. I see results, fat is coming off... but I have noticed...
