You have to have bike insurance with the same company as your car and list it as a recreational/secondary vehicle. My bike insurance ran about $15 a month for full coverage.
I've never really liked Kawasaki, even though my first bike was one. Kind of like I don't like any vehicle Chevy makes. It's just a "thing" with me. However, their new Z1000 is an awesome step in the right direction styling wise. It's a sweet looking bike, the only Kawi I'd buy, and it's a great...
I owned the YZF and have ridden the R1 and a 954RR, but once I rode my buddy's Superhawk I was converted. The torque was all down in the low and mid as opposed to the inlines high revving power. The Twin is more usable and fun. The first time I flogged the Superhawk throttle, the front wheel...
I'm also waiting to see if Honda FINALLY updates the Superhawk. I'm hoping for updated semi-naked bodywork, larger fuel tank and Electronic Fuel Injection. HEAR ME HONDA? ELECTRONIC FUEL INJECTION!!!!! Maybe then I can pick up a used one in 5 years or so.
I'm going away for a year but when I...
You always hear rumors of "my brother's friend's cousin bought a new Mercedes for $300", but has anyone actually had any real experience with them? If so, how do they work and are they really worth it?
Has anyone read the book that George is touting? The Bodybuilding Truth.
Does it actually contain good information or is it the same old stuff rewrapped?
I'm back on the Old School routine, slightly modified. I did the Friday workout today and just for fun I did 20 Hack Squats (feet under my hips) as the last exercise. This was after I did my 5 sets of 5 reps. It really toasted my legs. I damn near fell down the stairs leaving the gym.
I was in the gym today, busting through a slightly modified Old School Routine when 3 skinny little dudes come in. No judgement right off. All three in wife beaters but differ in their choices of shorts. One in blue jean shorts, 1 in surfer type shorts with little flowers all over it and can't...
I love that fucking show! But I missed that one. I only saw about 20 seconds of the bike. All I saw was it was all black and from what I could tell it was well crafted and original but not as good as some of their other bikes. Maybe that's one that has to be seen to be appreciated.
So what do...
I'm going into the field for 2 months with no weights and need some exercises to help keep or build my strength. Pushups and situps are pretty standard (although I hate pushups) and I guess I could do squats with one of my buddies on my shoulders. Pullups, if I can find a bar that high (zero...
