    Heheheh, I had the same problem the first time I ever went to the gym, my m8 pushed me really hard with the biceps. The following day I woke up and my arms were at a 90deg angle, i could not extend them for 2 days without feeling the worst pain I have ever felt. should go away :)

    PR legpresses the wrong way...

    didnt wanna start a new thread on this so ill post my question here. Is legpress the same workout as a squat on the legs? if not what are some significant differences.
