    Could your Arms not be growing b/c.....

    try doing leg extenson and leg curls first, then move to squat. Then when you legs are dead go to a smith machine do a weight were you can burn them out. stiffed leg deadlifts-have a slight bens in them to hit your hams better.

    Bench Help

    for me: just incline work, press and dumb bells. With dumbells usaully want to burn out. I mean really burn out, work the chest so hard that pecs are twiching even when your not moving. usally do around 6 sets starting 80 or 80, then incresing 5 pounds every set doing 10 reps. works for me...

    i know that roids help the recovery time of muscles..but i have been woundering if they help speed up the recovery time of a broken bones? I have a broken fiba and tiba from a football game, its been 4 months going on to 5...im sick it!!!! Would hgh work?
