    As for the calories I think I'm eating enough since I'm gaining around a pound a week. The 5th of the 130lbs is almost failure, I really struggle to push that thing up. I'm gonna try that though, maybe do 140lbs on my 3rd or 4th set?

    How long should I rest between sets?

    for each: 5x5 Bench press 5x5 Pendlay row 5x5 Overhead Press 3x20 Squats I just go by the feel, whenever I think I can do the next one... How important is timed rest between sets? Also I'm doing 1x5 Deadlifts, once or twice a week, should I be doing more? Thanks!
