i found this video today and was wondering what do y'all think about lifting so heavy for a taller-skinny set person. And would the 5x5 program produce good results with how they are saying?(doing higher rep ranges)

90g fats

/agree ...Im a welder making 17.50hr but shit sucks idk how people do that for 30-40years. So im going back to school next semester.
