I agree. I try not to pay to much attention to the scale but more to the mirror. Cause bf% and water retention can result in serious weight differences. I just make sure i see inprovement with every cycle in appearence and strength. Weight doesnt mean shit really.

Ive ran fina for 10 weeks and fina for 6 weeks. I was much happier with the 6 weeks cause i had a lot less sides. Recovery seemed alot easier as i didnt lose much when i came off. Dont know about the others but i wouldnt run the fina that long. Its going to be working your liver for sure.
