This is a toughie. I do my best to space my meals out and what not but sometimes it is difficult. my main concern is spacing out my protein i have heard so many stories on how much protein to consume in a given hour.

I would recommend in order to accomplish this eat high protein close to if you can 1 lb of bodyweight a day. Do not at all totally restrict carbs. Most people will nearly totally cut out nutrients their body needs.
