    Does anybody have a BowFlex machine

    Power racks are nice, but if you're not very afraid of a bar falling wood can support a lot of weight. 4x4's stacked with steel joining them will hold a lot of weight. Forget a bowflex. picking up heavy rocks and throwing them is better for you than that.

    Cheat days while cutting.

    Good idea calling it a "Reward" day instead of a "Cheat" day. A reward doesn't have to be bad for you, just more expensive than normal, or more flavor than normal, or even more of what you normally eat, but still clean, but a cheat is always bad.
