    I do them on the same day bis - barbell curls (wide grip) EZ bar curls (close gtip) Alternating dumbell curls Hammer curls tris- Overhead tri extention Skull crushers cable tr extention tri pushdown reverse tri pulldown for the first set i do a drop set then 2 normal sets
