torn pec Hi guys (first post), Sorry to all you chaps who've torn your pecs.... I'm sad to say I joined the gang two weeks ago. I've got about a 95% tear, not all the way through, and the tear is actually in the muscle, not at the tendon - muscle junction so it apparently is a worse type...
