i used to eat whole wheat bread and get bloated(probley from the gluten). since i switched to ezekiel brand whole grain, i have no bloat after eating. i strongly recommend switching to whole grain bread if you're not doin well with whole wheat.
sure you can. lifting weights burns calories just like riding a bike just like doing gardening work outside your home. eat clean healthy foods and eat moderate amounts of it. i only do cardio for heart health... other than that, i burn enough calories and fat just from lifting and eating right.
