    Pete the only thing I see missing from your transformation recipe is a tanning bed and tricep kickbacks Seriously though does this kid not have the sickest v shape?!?! wait till he's sub 10% christ... Somebodies got to reinstate my platinum status so I can see my boys pics

    thanks for the definition :rolleyes: im not stupid i know what the fucking word means. there is no discrepancy, i dont see one. actually 36 reps at 225 should put someone around 425-475 IMO depending on muscular endurance and power.

    i do not train alone, we help each other out and the way we train we HAVE to have a couple guys. if you cant get a training partner just do the majority of your heavy lifting in a power rack with safety pins.
