    I am currently 5'7 and i weigh 134. I want to get up to 150. I still have some flab on my stomache though, so i can't go nuts with eating, i don't want to make it harder when i have to start cutting.

    I am only 5'7 and 18 years old now, so that sounds like a decent weight to me. I can't imagine weighing much more than that with all muscle.

    I think skull krushers are one of the best things you can do for tri-s. I have seen very good gains doing just skull krushers and tri-pulldowns.

    Creatine making me weaker?!?!

    I am gaining weight though, that is the weird thing. And as of now, my bench is the only thing that is getting worse. I am able to add an extra rep in too almost every thing i do, exept bench, which i am losing reps in.

    Yeah, a TON of water. Actually, now that i think about it, everything went up accept my bench, which went down. I can do all the excercises i do easier than before, but for some reason, my bench went down.

    I started taking creatine a week ago, it is "Nature's Best perfect creatine monohydrate." I noticed that i have been struggling alot putting up the same weight i easily did before the creatine, especially on bench press. Today, i couldn't even finish my third set which i always do easily...

    I have been drinking about 10 oz of grape juice with the creatine mixed in, would that be enough to spike it?

    This is probably a stupid question, but how can you tell if you are getting an insulin spike? The reason i wanna know is i just started creatine, and supposately it absorbs better if you take it while spiking your insulin.
