not sure you're even aware of the amount of caffeine in various things
a normal sized coffee has roughly 100mg caffeine,
an avg person regularly consumes 2-3 coffees a day
a 20oz pepsi max has 114mg caffeine
i dont take preworkouts, but im sure they have a hefty dose...

it was a false reading
was down to around 130/70 after a few more readings
i don't take too many stims either,
i had just taken a little bit more of Sudafed than usual for allergies (sudafed can raise bp a little)
my caffeine intake is pretty normal...
get some liv52, hawthorn, and a good all around cycle support
im not sure what is best in the case of epistane for pct
but probably a serm + a good post cycle support supp
or like 30 mg within 3 hrs of each other
im takig cycle supports, hawthorn, liver support
im asking this because some days i need to increase my stim intake throughout the day (caffeine mostly) for school and don't want to be dosing havoc while i still have lots of caffeine in my system
so...
havent even been working out
ive worked out like 3 times
should i call this cycle quits and start pct
ive made gains already despite barely working out, but don't want to waste this
i have to put off my cycle
and im still feeling very loopy
when i take my sudafed
im guessing it's the blood pressure effects of both
ive only taken 20mg so far, which was yesterday night

i havent exactly read the instructions on how to precisely wrap this thing around your arm (the blood pressure monitor i bought)
i feel like this is blood pressure related, and that i was just not wrappin it around correctly resulting in an inaccurate measurement

i may have dosed them too close together
im gonna finish my antibiotic course, then resume this, and have the doses further apart
and ill try to keep caffeine to zero mg
