    hey all, just curious, been out of the game for about a month due to sickness..I was about 230lbs, I now am 219, I also noticed I lost alot of definition and size. when I did workout I was very meticulous about it.     HOW MUCH DO YOU BENCH?

    6'1 (1/2) 230lbs bf 13 or so don't know why but the bench is not my strongest exercise. hurts my shoulders. I rekon I could probably top about 200 right now. Chest should only be worked once a week natural right? (benching I mean)
