    fish oils good? coffee good? any drinks that can help performance and be low incalories like powerade/gatorade (sometimes i want soemthing other then water). should i avoid bread all together or will a few pieces like wheat or whole grain help?

    been readining about test-e and test-p and seems that test-p is more powerfull but more expensive. Why do people suggest test-e for first cycles over test-p? should test be run for 10 weeks or 14weeks for first cycles?
