There is so much wrong with what you did and what your doing. I don't feel comfortable giving advice yet so hopefully someone will chime in with some advice. Have you started any PCT? If not the only advice I would give you right now is start popping the HCGenerate.
It's happened to me before. The cause for me was shitty form when doing dips or dumbell bench press or any any push exercise.. Going to deep puts a shit load of stress on the joint. Usually doing some rotater cuff exercises helped get me back to normal.

Just keep an eye on it. If the redness or heat intensifies through the weekend then I would go to a doc. In the mean time, I've read others on this site recommend heating pads on the site and some gentile massage. Hopefully some others will make some recommendations. Good luck
