    It's not synthol, he had a bicep surgery a while back and that's why he has a wierd shape on that bicep (right). His left is also smaller and a different shape.

    ME and my friend are the same size and shape and we had an arm wrestle yesterday IT looks like I have bigger Arms then me but he always beats me does anyone no why this could of happened? I also weight more and can bench more then him and normally I am stronger then him but he can only beat me...

    Always heavy I usually never go lite and ya it does suck. My dads cheap machine only has 100 sumthing pounds whcih is almost heavy enough 4 me and going lite sucks cause u never feel ur getting enough work on ur muscles.
