Burning inside (or OP): where are these dark-circle-clubs? I suffer it too and funny enough tried the cheeck-fat-pushing thing in the mirror at the gym yesterday. It fixed the problem. Go figure. Plastic surgery is not an option for me b/c I am prone to keloids though. Where are these clubs?

Any clue what the glycemic index of muesli is? Sounds like it may be a good carb, but that stuff can get pretty sweet... Also, what do you weigh?

200mg is not that much and may very well cause no night sweats depending on carb intake, water intake, and your overall weight. Still, don't up the dosage for at least the first three days.

Use calorieking to see, and enter it into your fitday profile. That works for me. Fitday is antiquated and contains no useable data on restaurants / subway etc. But it's better for tracking.
