Im goin through a real painful pinched nerve right now and cant do any chest work and have alot of trouble with some other exercises when i try to go heavy,i was wondering if anyone out there has any experience doing lighter weight for more reps versus heavy weight for lower reps,im thinking...
Anybody ever get a pinched nerve in the shoulder area,i got one right now that shoots pain down thru the back of my arm when i move my shoulder certain ways,relly sucks cause i cant train till i get rid of it,anyone else ever had this happen?
