Tank tops and the public eye

You know how I feel about myself in tanks Ulter. I know what you told me before, but I still haven't gotten used to it. Michelle thinks I'm nuts....hell, she might be right.

    For Open Minded Thinkers Only

I understand your position Nelson, but a debate should continue nontheless.

    Poor Squat Form

This was taken of a thread at AF. The author is Killer and I hope he doesn't mind me reposting this: Feet Flatten (pronate) and externally rotate (turn out): May indicate tightness in soleus, gastrocnemius, peroneals, hamstring and piriformis and/or weakness in gluteus medius. Knees buckle...

    For Open Minded Thinkers Only

Nelson, I just wanted to formally invite you to AF again to debate this. This is a debate that I would like to see continue on a platform that it deserves. FS is convinced in his arguement as you are in yours. Like he said, and I am paraphrasing, This is where the learning comes from.

    Poor Squat Form

pwr...I might be wrong here and knowing myself I probably am, but I have talked to a couple of strength coaches about the knees coming in. Their theory was that when they come in, the adductors are weak so they overcompensate by bringing the knees in. Mine did this when I started to train and...

    Gregg Valentino

Personally I like the guy in MD. He's a funny MFer and he doesn't take himself seriously. His articles crack me up.

    Poor Squat Form

It sounds to me like you need to work on the adductors. Usually when the knee goes in it's a pretty good sign of that. When the knees go out, it usually means week abductors. In powerlifting and especially WSB the knees should some out because of trying to squat wide with the hams, glutes...

Would you still workout if weight's didn't build muscle

SK.....I would too. Just being in the gym and lifting the weights get me off. It's a church...very special. I don't bring problems of money, family or anything there. It's MY time and it's purely selfish and I like it that way. The smell of chalk, the sound of the weights clanging, the rush...

    weak link in squat is...........

concentrate on the lower back, glutes, hams and abs for strength. This is the "Strength Chain" that Louis and Dave Tate speak of.

Has anyone tried Nelson Montana's Post Cycle Alternatives to Clomid?

I love it when somebody tries to debate Mac. Fultile, but very entertaining!

Dead lifts... sticking point at the bottom...?

I agree with the bands spatts. If you don't have bands, use matts or start using 25 or 35 lbs plates instead of 45's to pull from a lower point than normal.

    Day 3 on THERMOREXIN

Okay, alot of you folks know I work in a factory surrounded by people with mullets right? I just received my bottle of T-Rex and decided to do a little trial with people that have never stepped foot inside a gym or desire to. I wanted to see how T-Rex effected everday folks and not bodybuilders...
