Just be consistant with the dosage..no use tappering it up at the end.
It is just Test...so your "cutting" will be from your diet & cardio..not the test.
Everyone has touched on the ancillaries..but if I were 24 and 165lbs I wouldn't vary too far from nice Test/Deca/Dbol cycle...you want to built some mass so I would drop the winny and concentrate on a tried and true bulk cycle.
I am starting something very similar today. Been bridging now with 250mg Test Depot...and am going to kick it up to
750mg/week Test Depot
400mg/week EQ
100mg/day Winny
I was plateauting on the above cycle a few months ago so I took some time "off" sort of...hoping to respond to the above...
So you bridge your cycles for 3 months with 250mg? Do you maintain most if not all your gains doing this? When you start again after 3 months do you respond really well to a gram of test?
God bless those guys that can gain muscle on 2000-2500 calories...I wish I could do that. I need 4000 calories just to maintain my weight, let alone put on any weight.
I guess I am still in the old school world where I think calories are king for bulking.
Depends on your body chemistry...the answer will be different for everyone. I, for example, feel nothing from Cialis, but Viagra gets me all hard and my whole body is flush.
2500 cal seems awfully low for 190lbs and bulking and if you are just done with a contest then you need to be really trying to put that gear you take to work for you building mass. The last thing I would do is try to control my hunger..let it lead you. When I am on cycle (always) I am NEVER...
