    well...down to about 225lbs so my new goal is 210-215. I am training about 3-4 times per week in the morning on an empty stomach. Been doing about 2-3 THERMOREXIN per day w/ omega 3s & more protein. When training I have been hitting the revolving stairs and some weights for about 20-30 min...
