How was arnold only 230 in his prime? I know guys who are his height of 6'1 230 that don't look half as big as him, and there not even fat and fat doesn't weigh THAT much. Was he really only 230 lbs? he seems to be alot more to me.

I did a calculator and apparently if you take 2 guys both the same height of 6'1. the 6'1 7 inch wrist can get to 245 lbs, and the guy with 9 inch wrists can get to 275 lbs? even tho there same height. doesnt seem right cuz i know ppl who are small with bigger wrists.. is this true
