    That's a good question. I would do the var at 45 for 8 weeks either way. I personally get pretty good appetite suppression the first week of var, so I would be inclined to do it concurrent with the test staring the 1st week so you're not off your diet or anything in the middle of the cycle...

    Yea It's very expensive to test people in the military for steroids. The test has to be ordered by an individuals commander and hence you rarely see people go down that road. I've known entire squadrons on sauce and nobody really gives a damn!

    2 weeks into a sust/eq/winny cycle I noticed a bit of nipple tenderness/soreness. Took .25mg adex and that took care of it for now. What is the generally accepted protocol at this point? .25 eod for the rest of the cycle or just titrate it as needed dependent on bloat/soreness/sandy vagina? Thanks
