    im taking 200mg of ala 4X a day with my meals that have carbs 30grams a piece...300mg with my post w.o meal that has more i cannot afford to mega dose, can i still benfit from the fat loss effects or should i not bother. its just regular ass ala, not that new R stuff. thanks.

    1 1/2lb brocilli! damn! thats impressive! ive eaten a box of detour bars at once too, what a waste of 25.00. i used to eat all sorts of wierd things, a bag of tortilla wraps, a loaf of bread. haven't binged in a while, i get pretty sick of feeling sick from it.
