    Whats your plan beyond 30 days? The EQ doage is low however it acts much like Deca and when stacked with Dbol will doule the effect.

    Well if your using 100 mcg day then the first dose would be 1ml. Depends on the dose you have planned. The tip doesnt count.

    I like ECA better than clen.

    Your ok, this is normal when using clen. Your bloodd pressure and heart rate are elevated for extended periods of time, quite frankly your body is exhausted.

    Nothing works like Anadrol for gaining mass fast, Pair it with an injectable like deca or test and the results are incredible.

    Not that I know of however there are many preventative meds you can use to block DHT and prevent hair loss.

    Im a Metal Militia lifter and on Saturday we could easily do 50 sets betwen chest and triceps and its to failure on the last 15 or so sets. Trust me fellas volume and intensity is king it plain just works.

    Herniated Disc

    Not really exercises for a herniated disc. I suggest you do some type of traction stretches for the discs.
