    I am currently starting/tweaking a routine with squats and deads on both Tuesday and Friday. But I think that is a bit intense, so I may tweak it and do front squats/deads one day, and back squats/rack pulls the other.

    Mine is rather mundane. You can add a raw egg or three if you want, can't really taste them but it does thicken things up.

    If you're trying to gain muscle mass and stimulate hypertrophy, are dynamic movements (mainly, power cleans) neccesary? Will results 'show'? Or, at best, will the stress & gains on the hips and traps show up in other movements?

    What temp do you set the thermostat when you go to sleep?

    In the winter, if you lay off the heat and only use enough covers to keep it bearable, you'll burn cals while sleeping to keep warm. Of course, in the summer you may sweat off cals while sleeping if it's very hot. I really think HVAC has a lot to do with our obesity problem.
