    It is a "binder" so at least take some fiber supplement with it. I like apple pectin....it binds to excess fat and dosn't need water from your body's stores to move itself thru (no leg cramping).

    Onions may taste good but aren't packed with nutrients like some others are...and they can stimulate carb cravings. I like to put shredded (or canned) carrots in my tuna (higher in carbs but needed some days)...Chopped brocoli, diced peppers, dice an avacado, pineapple chunks and shredded...

    I didn't start out with it ........25%plus a few yrs ago. I've kept it under 13% with intense working out for the last 2 yrs or so. Anything is acheivable if you want it bad enough.

    Flax oil should last 30 to 45 days max! It is an oil and can therefor go rancid. You don't want to purposely put rancid (useless) fat in your body. Be safe and keep it NO LONGER than 30 days after you open it. And make sure you keep it refridgerated

    You sound rather dedicated. As am I. I'll work as hard as I need to and eat to fuel (whatever that may be at the time). Impressive conquers and milestones! You guys can add pictures, I haven't seen many of you. I'll have a couple to add as soon as I figure out my scanner!
