I was just curious if anyone has run igf-1 longer then 30 days. Is their any info or studies on this.
Has anyone tried to up the dose after 25-30 days to see if you can still make gains.

I was wondering what alternatives to dairy you guys use, if you use something. I was going to stop drinking milk all together and go with Almond milk and or coconut milk. Which would be a better option for me?
