You want carbs and good fats aswell. As a rule go for 1-1.5g of protein per pound of lbm. If you post up in the diet section there are some bros there that can really help you :)

Scrap the nolva it will cause more problems than it solves! As for prolactin issues you haven't mentioned anything so you will need caber/prami whilst on and into pct. also add post cycle & unleashed as well as clomid
You really need to listen to the advice these experinced bros are giving you. I've researced for nearly 2 years and have decided to run my first test only cycle in January. I've put in 8 hard years training and learnt how to eat properly and my weight has gone from 150 to 225. :)
