    whats up? since i got hockey tuesday, thursday, saturday, and sunday i cannot lift on those days or else i get too tired in the practice/game. so heres my routine: MONDAY: chest/back - five sets of three exercises each WEDNESDAY: biceps/triceps - five sets of three exercises each FRIDAY...

    once hockey season starts i have hockey 4 days a week...tuesday, thursday, saturday, sunday...i was planning on doing chest/back on mondays & thursdays , shoulders/tri's/bi's on tuesdays & fridays and legs with some plyometrics on wednesdays... between the hockey and weightlifting is that too...

    for hockey we have to do wall sits, sprints, lunges, and some ploymetrics....i do these everyday to keep in shape for hockey but i was wondering if that is over training doing those everyday?
