    I'd say try manipulating your diet more. 160g of protein per is probably too low for you to make much gains now. You should be able to get to 200lbs naturally. IMO.

    Shirts fit in shoulders but huge in the torso

    I have had the same problem. I can't find quality clothing that fits my chest size... this is getting rediculous. All shirts are too long and make you look like you're preggo.
