    Nice man, very good stats for a guy your size. I'm impressed. I'm 6'2" 220lbs and can't do anywhere near those totals. Be careful with the back and take care of yourself. I pulled a muscle 2 weeks ago to the day, and am getting back to it tonight. I hope I dont' re-injure myself.

    Look at it this way........You could be out 4 weeks like me with a muscle pull in your back. I HATE not working out, and especially not for this amount of time. Anyway, just hit it twice as hard man, consider yourself lucky!!

    Eat, eat, eat........I've heard the best way to gain mass is eat and train hard. If you're not eating enough then you won't grow, PERIOD.     TBol dosage

    I've heard 40 a day is a pretty good dosage to run. That is what I'm going to do with Tren Ace at 75 or 100mg EOD for 6 weeks. GOod luck man, Tbol should do you well with a little lean mass or a nice cut job.......peace and be safe.
