    Has anyone ever had success with T-2?

    I used it once. In my opinion has no value. Didn't see any significant bodyfat loss, or weight loss for that matter. Save your money.

    Staying the same bodyweight but getting more cut.

    Is there any way to stay at roughly the same bodyweight, but lose bodyfat, not size, or even to make myself appear to be holding more muscle.. Right now am 5'10 194lbs 8%bdft. Thanks.

    LIPOKINETIX (the down and dirty info)

    Dosages of 20mg are effective according to David Palumbo in the current Muscular Development magazine. Says 100mg 3-6 times a day way over necessary limit and is toxic to liver.
