I would like to know what i need improvement on. Please respond. Bodyweight 195lbs, around 6% bodyfat.
neck - 16.5
arms- 17.5
chest - 44.0
waist - 32.0
forearms -13.0
thighs - 24.5
calves - 16.0

Is there any way to stay at roughly the same bodyweight, but lose bodyfat, not size, or even to make myself appear to be holding more muscle.. Right now am 5'10 194lbs 8%bdft. Thanks.
Dosages of 20mg are effective according to David Palumbo in the current Muscular Development magazine. Says 100mg 3-6 times a day way over necessary limit and is toxic to liver.
