    Went into my my DL program on 5x5's with 195 this week which was 10lbs more than I used last week.     Suprised myself with deadlift PR's

    Will do. Not sure if I can keep increasing at that level though. 10 lbs per week for six months will come out to about a 240 lb increase which is a good bit over my max. Is there a point where you just try and go heavy to test a new max?
