haha dont close it.. im not gonna follow advice that has anything to do with arnold. I want to improve on a few things though:
1. build endurance.
2. train legs more than i am now.

Basically I've been hitting the gym to build muscle and get in shape for rugby, but I've never actually used a plan. I'm kinda thinking that I should get one, I just dont have a clue where to start
