I'm 26... 5' 11 bout 175.. Last time I had my body fat checked it was around 10 % but im prolly up a little from that! I did what Ranger told me and ordered some supps and am gonna try to really work on my diet and get in the gym more often!
It really wouldn't b so tough if it wasnt for people that i hang out with all the time taking a couple cycles an getting ripped in just a few months...... But it's like I said, they struggle so hard to keep it after they finish a cycle!

I try and spend an hour in there at a time but I'm seriously fixing to up that drastically! My diet is pretty sucky but I'm just not very educated on the proper diet and budget is not a problem for the stuff I need to make this work!
Im 26 5'11 and wiegh about 175.... I workout 3 days a week on average but I'm willing to turn that up a lot! I try to eat right but def need more protein input! I've always been pretty lean but can never gain mass.....

That's my big question.... The friends I have never took any thing else with it and never had any problems but they did lose alot after they finished! How can I keep that from happening?
