I like keeping my chest workout to 4 exercises or less. I always do a flat bench and incline bench. Right now, both are DB's. I also like to finish with crossovers. So basically my questions are the following:

All you really need to do is:
1. Dumbbell Side Laterals
2. Some rear delt exercise of your choice
3. Seated Shoulder Presses (DB's or BB)
Then, shrugs if you do them on shoulder day. That's it.
