My post-workout shake consists of 50g protein, 50g dextrose, 1 tbsp of flax seed oil. I am trying to BULK. Can anyone tell me what the hell dextrose does? pros and cons?
What do you guys think is the best bulking workout with a 40/30/30 plan? I'm looking for a very varied workout, cuz i wanna confuse my muscles and avoid plateauing.
