    how often do u workout each muscle?

    Twice a week. Two Upper/Lower body sessions, so every three to four days. I couldn't imagine only hitting them once, and doing them three times on a FB was too much. I'm liking it the way it is.

    Pullups are by far my favourite exercise. I look forward to doing these the most. Obviously not working the most muscles but nevermind.

    Cardio Help

    That isn't HIIT. Sprint intervals should be 20, 30 secs max. You're going all out. My HIIT rowing workout takes 17 minutes, which includes a 5 minute warmup.

    Why all the hate? I think he's good! Especially for newbies. He explains things clearly and is obviously using a lighter weight for demonstration. Ok he can come across as a condecending douchebag but he's harmless!

    I lie on the floor and keeping my legs straight raise them to a 90 degree angle. Different to a crunch, but still works. To make it harder I hold a weight with my arms outstreached, and do V sit ups. Youtube it if not sure.

    Why do people think abs are some sort of alien, unique muscle. Just because they're hid behind a wall of fat (for most people), doesn't mean they're any different. Yes, they will visible with cardio and a good diet, but, they'll be weak. No excuse not to directly work them.

    I’m a little confused, Southern. If I’m doing Upper/Lower split, should I not hit all the upper body muscles on Day 2 and 4? I know you said I’ll hit chest with the dips, but there is no shoulder for Day 2. Or with this program am I only really doing one major lift a week for each muscle group...
